Garden Yoga at Scout

Garden Yoga at Scout

A gentle morning practice in the garden.

Start your day with movement, fresh air, and a little time for yourself.

Garden Yoga at Scout is a recurring, all-levels yoga class held in our Back Garden at Scout Café. Each practice is designed to be welcoming and approachable, with a gentle mix of movement, stretching, and mindful moments to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you're welcome here.

With only a small number of spots available for each class, Garden Yoga at Scout is intentionally intimate and relaxed—giving you plenty of room to move at your own pace.

What to Expect

Each class includes:

  • A beginner-friendly, all-levels yoga practice

  • Gentle movement and stretching

  • Mindful moments to slow down and reset

  • A small, welcoming group

  • An outdoor practice surrounded by Scout's garden

Bring your own yoga mat and any props you'd like to practice with.

After Class

No need to rush off. Stick around after yoga and treat yourself to a coffee, matcha, pastry, or breakfast from Scout. We love the idea of making your yoga practice part of a slower morning—move your body, grab something good, and enjoy a little more time in the neighborhood.
